This study highlights the high school to college transition and how it functions as a critical change in psychological development for females. More specifically, this research brings awareness to present stressors to further understand why female students are seeking health services more frequently than men during post-secondary education.
This research allows professionals with university careers to adopt techniques of effective leaders who have seasoned experience in the field. Leadership qualities uncovered at the conclusion of this study expose successful practices for both faculty and administration to foster relationships with students, associates and colleagues.
This is an examination of how our world is seeking creative thinkers and how our current school systems are failing to produce these individuals. This analysis brings awareness to the lacking creativity used in education systems, which is resulting in graduates who lack necessary creative skills needed for 21st century professions.
